We
specialize in designing and implementing custom software solutions
that integrate with existing legacy systems and other software systems
such as accounting systems, manufacturing systems, sales and marketing
systems, contact management systems, web-based systems, and more,
including proprietary and
off-the-shelf applications.
It
is of utmost importance to be able to integrate any new software
with a company's custom, proprietary, legacy, and off-the-shelf
systems, and to be able to add value to the already immense (sometimes)
investment a company has with these other applications. Even when
there have been no functions available in existing software systems
to import, export, or otherwise transmit information from/to other
systems, we have developed utilities to extract and transfer the
information in seamless ways. We have integrated our solutions with
manufacturing enterprise software systems such as Alcie and Macola,
with off-the-shelf accounting
systems such as Business Works, QuickBooks Pro, and PeachTree, with
commercial contact management systems such as Act and Outlook, with
custom software and web-based software, with databases in Oracle,
Lotus Notes, Paradox, Access, dBase, FoxPro, Btrieve, SQL Server,
with documents in WordPerfect and
Word, with spreadsheets in Excel and Lotus, and more.
We
follow detailed implementation schedules to assure that each phase
of the roll-out is completed on time and each deadline is met, and
we review each completed module with clients to make sure the appearance
and operation of each key piece of the system meets all requirements.
